Can anybody help me please. I install car mod but when I opened police.wtf it doesn't show car model! how should I do? please help me please and may be this probelm cause this car light bar doesn't work too (light bar doesn't flashing)

The "police emergency" wont work it just comes up a normal lightbar but it flashes blue :( Anyway cool model :)

yea, but your going to need a photoshop (if you don't have one use cs2 to get started), an chevy impla template, and open iv to place your skin in the file, use youtube on how to create a skin for better info.
