Simple (and rather crappy) patch I've just whipped up quickly for the Paleto Bay Police, which is BCSO funded (in my game it is anyway) so as such they are BCSO Deputies which are contracted to provide policing services for the Township of Paleto Bay.
I will be releasing 8k CVPI textures along with HQ EUP retextures for this department in the next few days!
*the resolution is already the same as the patch on the Class A, B, & C uniforms.*
