Simple (and rather crappy) patch I've just whipped up quickly for the Paleto Bay Police, which is BCSO funded (in my game it is anyway) so as such they are BCSO Deputies which are contracted to provide policing services for the Township of Paleto Bay.

I will be releasing 8k CVPI textures along with HQ EUP retextures for this department in the next few days!

Based off Ripple's LSPD LEGACY PACK, *I have direct permission to upload this from Ripple himself*
to be used on Officer Underwood's Explorer.
 
The Los Sanos Transit Police are a municipal sub-department of the LSPD, Partly contracted with the LST (Los Santos Transport)
They have municipal wide jurusticional powers as the LSPD officers, but their patrol districts are solely focoused on Public Transport, 
Railway Stations, Bus Stations and Metropolitan Los Santos. The Transit officers wear a navy blue uniform and are issued with Thigh Holsters,
armed with the Glock 21 pistol.
 
The 2016 Explorer is the main staple of the Transit Police's Fleet, often in the past using "hand me down" LSPD cruisers such as the CVPI and Taurus,
they finally got the budget to order several new explorers.
 
The Vehicle Colours are a distinct red and mirror the graphics of the LSPD vehicles with minor differences such as the "LST" logo and the badge.
