The issue is the way you have made it is not the normal way. If you intend for it to be an addon you should have made the folder and the DLC line. 

If it's meant to be a replace you should have put it in a police slot instead of just naming it umkvwgolf so people don't know what to replace it with

This is an outdated model which I do not support to start with but either way, people should have common knowledge when installing modifications into their game, google is free and so is youtube which they can use anytime they need to.
