Its a script INI file. It requires scripthook V to work which therefore its called a script

This is not a script because it does not modify ELS itself; it only modifies the config file. Therefore, this is a visual file.

Thats your visual settings file in openIV. it allows you to edit how bright your lights are, this is for the reflections not the lighting
