About time that I go and release something, made this in about a day and wanted to release it for others to use. The pack will be updated later to include more vehicles and possibly uniforms if I get around to it.

WARNING:
For the best quality in game, use A8R8G8B8 Compression with max mipmaps.
For best performance in game, use DXT1 Compression with max mipmaps.
Using A8R8G8B8 in game for normal gameplay will destroy your performance and cause texture loss, do not use it unless you only intend on doing pictures.

Released
- Added new worn decals to 18' FPIU skin
- Added 2018 charger skins
- Added supervisor skins
- Changed the design/layout of the unit numbers
- Fixed minor issues on the FPIU skins
- Removed 8K skins, they were unnecessary and broken
Short Description
Lithium#7599 - Giving feedback on the skin throughout its development, and giving me some help with the drop shadow on the text and helped out with custom brushes used to add the peeling effect on the skins.
