Installation:
1. Download and install the model
2. Go to the following path in OpenIV: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\vltt2\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\
3. Drop the vltt2.ytd that i have provided in there
4. Done!

This file includes:
*Swedish police car livery with accurate textures & License plates
*An ELS file to make the sirens work
*Other small fixes
