YES! If you're wondering yes, I know the Navy-Blue Undershirt on the Jackets is Now fixed. It is now a black to match the patrol shirt.

are you using a modded uniform for these to work for eup? for me the the collar part thats white is on the right shoulder of the uniform

You need to make sure you're on the latest version of EUP (8.3), using older ones such as 8.1 can make that happen.
