I couldn't find any good non-els SAP vic's so I figured I'd make some and put em' on here.
This version *should* be compatible with the previous version 1, so you should be able to install both. Not sure why you would though, this new version is alltogether better!

To Install:
(FiveM Server)
1. Simply drop the main SAPPackV2 (the folder, not the .zip) into your resources folder
2. Add "start SAPPackV2" or "ensure SAPPackV2" somewhere into your server.cfg file (This is case sensitive!)
(Singleplayer, anywhere else)
Not officially supported, I recommend you use Lenny's Mod Loader to automatically convert the server resource
