Worn LSPD Crown Victoria Livery (HPD Based)

This livery is loosely based off of the Houston Police Department. I decided to give it a bit of character (rust, chipped paint, faded graphics & etc.) The vehicle used in the screenshots was made by @WhiskyDev.

Why is the plastic piece on the back rusting. Last time I checked plastic doesn't rust.

Well those are actually old screenshots, the livery has been updated to only show rust on the appropriate areas so that is no longer an issue. You're more than welcome to download it and look!
