Take a look to this video, i hope helps you 

Where'd you get those tones from ? They sound awfully familiar. 

Tell me why these tones are the IDENTICAL tones I studio recorded with my real life siren here.

I edited the PA300 that i upload, you can even edit it on audacity, change the speed of the audio & you will see what i am talking about

This video explains how to fix the muted siren, like in the half of the video, hope it works!
