[ELS] James Logan's Unmarked Pack 4.0

This modification includes an ELS Unmarked Pack, which is still in progress. I do it with love.

Requirements:

Heap Limit Adjuster

Packfile Limit Adjuster

Gameconfig

Install:
1. Navigate to [...]Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Enable Edit Mode

3. Drag and drop the "JamesLogan" folder inside it

4. Go to [...]Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click "Edit"

6. Write under the latest entry the following line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/JamesLogan/</Item>

7. Press Save

8. Drag and drop the VCF files to [...]Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

9. Finished

That Giulia is beautiful...
Could you just make it a bit more american spec, though? Swap the unnderneath roof lights to be red on the drivers side and blue on the passenger side? And could you make the day running leds of the front lights steady white instead than red/blue? That would be great
Anyways very nice pack! Nice to see some love for the Giulia.

Hey! Yea sure.
First of all I'd say to put the red on the left and blue on the right lol. Second I think the Giulia's headlights should be steady white.
I couldn't try them ingame yet, though, cause my game decided that it was time to not work again (crashes at start) and I don't really want to go searching for the error, so I'm not too sure on what else could be done in order to make them more american. This already is a good start imo.
