General information:

This is a NYPD - 2011 Dodge Charger, with a Federal Signal Vector, i made 2 versions: one with a pushrod (for the NYPD version) and one without the pushrod, but with a spotlight (if you're using the model just for the lightbar)

I decided not to use PPV wheels, because i prefer the actual one, i might release a version with PPV wheels later, and grey interior.

Installation:

Use sparkIV or openIV to import the fbi.wft and the fbi.wtd into GTAIVpcmodelscdimagesvehicles.img.

You can rename the files, to replace any other car.

Files included:

    He is not blind at all.

    This car was not fixed at all from the bugged state in which it was released to the public.

    The indicators are still on steadyburn, which is supposed to be fixed. The rims are in civilian form, the interior was not modified.

    It is literally the exact car that dhruv release with police equipment on it.

    The reason why there are not many of these cars out yet is because people are modifying them to the correct form and not just attaching parts and calling it a police interceptor.

    Gangrenn, feel free to PM me and I can outline/help you get a proper Charger PPV because ATM it is not.

    That's not an actual NYPD RMP, that's a movie car. There's a couple of pictures from that set with other movie cars as well. I think they're all marked for the 65th precinct, which does not actually exist.

    That's what I was thinking, all cars here have a pushrod apart from the odd Ford Escape, and only highway patrol uses Dodge that I know of.

    They have CVPI's still I think.

    NYPD Highway Patrol is more or less a 50/50 split - CVPI's and previous gen Chargers. They also have a handful of Tahoes and other oddball unmarkeds.

    I would love to see one from you. At least he released something you won't be seeing from anyone else unlocked soon. Be respectful to those who put in time and effort just for you to enjoy your game, instead of bashing and crying around like a little bitch. As he said on gtamoddingchest he did it on purpose so that GADs like you don't get everything spoonfed. I can't believe people bitch about something they're getting for FREE OF COST and on which someone spent hours just to make them happy! And that Charger has no "bugs" IMO. The steady burns, if they irritate you, feel free to modify them as you like. Why do you keep commenting on everyone's mod like a 5 year old pointing out mistakes, when you yourself haven't released any better.Thanks to ungrateful bastards like you, this Charger was the last unlocked mod from him.

    When was the last time I released something? A month and a half ago. I have spent the time since then with personal life things as well as learning to convert/modify things extensively.

    As I said, you are free to bash me all I want. The message I typed was not directed towards Dhruv. It was for Gangrenn so he knows that there are things to fix rather than just take the model as is.
