while going in to the files I notice that Coastal Callout uses LSPDFR+ and ComputerPlus for the cases so I just transferred them over to CompuLite.

Installation:

Drag and drop into GTAV main folder. NOTE if you use Mattys Compulite Charges& Citations w/Realistic Fines and Sentances 2.0  just copy from the txt file and paste into the Charges.xml file.
