Open up OpenIV

 

1. mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks >*YOUR PATCHDAY* > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf

 

2. Open the .ytd file for that vehicle using OpenIV Make sure edit mode is on

 

3. Scroll down until you find tau_sign_1 For the FPIS or 2016FPI_SIGN_1 For the FPIU, then click replace, find where you saved the new textures and double click. Once replaced hit save.

 

4. Open the game
