What car is that and where can i download it?

Some of you are just asking the most rediculous questions, The download link is at the top of the page. Look up a youtube video for intallation directions.

easy install download SPARK IV and then open spark iv, go to browse, after this scroll down on left side till you see website urls, www.------- after all of this you will see models cdimages, click cdimages, then go to vhicles... double click and then last bu not least click import. find your police.wtd and .wft, then double click the file and your done. (ps you need winrar to open the download and extract to desktop so you can actually import them.)
