Luke Ledoux 3 Posted April 21, 2012 Share easy install download SPARK IV and then open spark iv, go to browse, after this scroll down on left side till you see website urls, www.------- after all of this you will see models cdimages, click cdimages, then go to vhicles... double click and then last bu not least click import. find your police.wtd and .wft, then double click the file and your done.
