Located in your OpenIV the Path: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_male_freemode_hipster

    This belt and the CHP one never seem to work for me. Like the model shows, but the textures aren't placed onto them.
