A repaint for an LCPD Classic Black & White CVPI. File includes three texture files for different units. Font created in Microsoft WordArt. CVPI used in screenshots is a modified version of BxBugs123 CVPI found here: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=660

The link is the right one, I modified the lights myself to make it red/blue, so I can't upload it, but I can pm you the emerlight and emerlight-emis files to add yourself to the WTD file if you want.
