Sounds pretty good in quality.

Needs a bullhorn/airhorn though.

They don't have bullhorns, they just use the regular horn in NSWPF at least. Other states like Victoria on the other hand do have bullhorns.

Your sound archive (.awc) might be too big. This should fix it: 

yo, is it possible to make the sirens a bit louder? it sounds quiet in game for me 

where is the vehicle.awc?
