Just find a Task diff in your eup files that's a vest and rename it

Yeah i couldnt upload the screenshots cause it was "too big" and i was happen to be on LCPDFR when you post your comment 

I love it but can you make the same one like varient 5 but add the radio on the other side shoulder please.

The installation location for this vest for singleplayer is as follows:

(With Open IV)

GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > x64 > eup_componentpeds.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016

Hope this helps, be sure to make a backup of the original model. (Drag to desk top or folder).
