Very nice mod, whilst this is realistic to some degree, the LAPD has strict guidelines on duty belts. If you want to make it more realistic, here is what I've found from some research.

On the right - looking at it from the front, dual mag pouch, OC spray, baton, radio, handcuffs, then other side handcuffs and gun holster. The usage of chest mics is also frowned upon.
