No ELS version, I don't rly like ELS.

Should be Micropulses instead of Ions, iirc Cj24 released them on Modding-Forum and the Avengers should be replaced with TIR-6s

I based this explorer of this right here, I don't think it uses TIR6 tho, I do think those are avengers.

If you're talking about flashing white lights, I tried I couldn't get it to work.

I mean, give non els a shot it's easy, If you can try and make a better one, this is still a WIP if you would read the file.

Please move the visor bar up higher. Real life visors are against the roof. Not halfway down the windshield.

Without the tint you can actually see the placement

They are TIR-6 Slimlighters. If you want, I can text my friend and have him send pics of a unit from his precinct.

This explorer used the Avengers and some IONS I'm sure, becuase I asked somebody who lives close to New York, he likes to take photos of police cars over in New Jersey and NYC, and he said that they were Avengers and IONS, but I will ofc make a Tir6 version of this later. + The Tir6s don't have the same shape as an Avengers lights emissive.

As of rn I only do skins and vehicles, planning on getting into EUP Textures later, I do not like rotators so I will probably get into that later, but you can contact @EssentialDesigns regarding his Rotator Pack.

I won't be making any ELS cars any time soon, and I think I will be making a 10 Charger, CVPI and a 14 tahoe.

This vehicle is FiveM ready which means It's meant for FiveM, which means you get the files so it can run as non els on somebodys server as a resource. So I don't know where you install it for the base game.
