Insane FPS boost for low-end computers 2

Hi GTA V lovers. This is my first mod.  

With this mod you can play GTA 5 without shutters and lags on every computer. This mod gain for me over 45fps(in the night 30fps, with rain 25-30fps, in extrasunny 30-45fps  ) on nvidia gt230m(overlocked) and i5 520m  2,4 Ghz 1st gen in high resolution, water and textures.I try a lot of mods, but this mod is the best solution of perfomance and quality picture on low end systems. 

This mod improves fps in the night, thunder, rain, snow. You must get crazy boost on every computer with minimal core 2 duo2ghz,3gb ram and Vram less than 512MB. Mod based on balance of farclip and lods(and many others things, i rewrite all timecycles), there are no worst graphics, only advantages for low-end pc users and medium pc.

To create this mod i used only OPEN IV, notepad.

For better experience i recommend you to instal mod Lower resolution vegetation for improved performance and RE-sized textures. Also if you have less than 4 GB ram, I recommended you to install Systemchache boost pro.

Instruction:
use OPENIV to install this mod, don't forget to backup your original files
1.drop everything from common.rpf/data/ to your archive common.rpf in GTAV directory,
do the same with update.rpf and x64a.rpf
2.drop settings.xml to your YOURdocuments/Rockstar Games/GTAV/
Picture maybe can looks bad becouse screenshots have low resolution after converting bmp to jpeg( look from a distance please XD )

My version of game v1.0.1180.1 but mod must works on others versions too.
