This is just a re-texture of vanilla maveric.

You need this to work: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/police-maverick-mapped

To replace my texture you need to go to OpenIV/ GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlc_patch/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and locate polmav.ytd, then locate polmav_sign_2 and replace it with the one that i created. To make it work you also need to delete the .png form (polmav_sign_2.png) and then it will work and after that you can replace it without any problem.
