Why did you crunch it? ask hum3d for unsmoothed version and smooth it yourself. Will save you a lot of polys.

I had to because when i bought it it had 200k polys. I was gonna ask them but i just did it myself since its pretty fun to do so

I gotta agree with the man, crunching do be fun until you need to do it to 800K verts

Crunching fucks your model up. And 200k polys is not much tho.
