Hi there. I've installed this uniform pack and have used your oregon vest for the LBV that is shown here. Question is, how do I get all the NPC police to look like my character and how do I get the day-glo yellow onto the vest? Also, how do I get the hat onto the character and NPC's? I've installed them where they should be in the files, but I can't find it in any of the options when I'm building my character.
