Whelen Freedom II 1.0.0

Here is a new and improved version of my old Freedom lightbar. This updated version includes:
New light modules
Better Lenses

Better texuters 

more realistically sized

comes with a mini version also.

Also expect a re-work of my Avengers and maybe even an Inner edge in the near future.

This is a development model, not a finished model, this is intended for developers.

Please do not download if you're new or have no idea how to use Zmod.

Can be converted to other games but credit must be given and ask first. 

Should work with both ELS and Non-ELS

Note that this is not that newest model Freedom
