Yup, Also even have a recently freshly downloaded GTA 5. It's ok though, i'm sure it's just something stupid on my end as I see its working for everyone else. Just wondering if you had any little tips on something I can try different.

Sorry man, I removed everything from my gta V game, downloaded this file installed it, and it worked fine. If i could find a way to duplicate the problem I would fix it. Does my other pack do the same thing?

EDIT: Turn out the caprice one worked and I just renamed the CVPI ones and threw them on that pack and it worked lol. 

Also ! If possible would you be able to throw these bars on a 2006+ CVPI ? That would be amazing 🙂

I've got a 98 CVPI pack I've been working on along with some other older models. I'll see what I can do with a post 2006 car.

That's actually perfect, it's that newer body. Cant wait bro !

Really cool, the only real issue for me is that the cars becomes "invisible" or disappears, after a certain distance because it seems that the Vlow is missing the main vehicle body part. If you could fix that, it would be lovely. 👍

I'll take a look. But that doesn't happen for me. Does it do it for every car or one certain car?

The cars in this pack are awesome and some of the best versions of rotator lightbars that I've seen on this site. Great work! @apoundofapples is there a way to turn down the environmental (ENV) lighting a bit the vector especially is a little overwhelming. Is that setting in the carcols or another location? Feel free to pm me if its easier to point me in the right direction that way? Again, only wanting to change the ENV lighting for these cars not ALL my ELS cars as they don't have ENV brightness issues.

Might sound like a silly question but i'm new to this and what should i type when spawning it?

    "First off want to say its been awhile how have you been doing? I'm finally giving in to write you, I have a short time before I'm back on patrol so I prolly wont see the answer until later.. I installed all these lovely cars and I'm having issue with the ELS not working on them...what I mean is if I get a say 97 with Jetstream lights they show them working (rotating) but they are not clear and look dim but reflection on building and other cars are bright and normal! Another example when I have the NYPD retro ones installed the rotators work but once off the lights remain on and not rotating at all. If I have a heave bar light led set up only one light do a steady burn and none of the others work. Even if they are non-els they should be working like vanilla cars do. What am I missing? I know its been awhile for me modding but I cant be that far filed away could I. Any help for you would be greatly welcomed! and let me tell ya if I cant them working I'm gonna scream to the point my future generation's may hear me!"

Is there a way you can send me a video of what going on? I can't really determine what happening unless I can see what is going on. But, if you look in the vehicle els file, make sure that extra_1 is set to true.

I found the issue I did not place them in the default pack using open IV. I only place them in the game els folder which did not work. All is well now so so so sorry for getting back so late work has been hell seems the public hates anyone who wear badges these days lol. Again thank you for your wonderful packs make my game so awesome to see my old school vic running around. Now if only someone did a 1991 lapd version!

Hey apoundofapples, I would like to ask a question. Did I put something wrong in my game? Because the lightbar on the car didn't work right, they just flash and bigger than when they off and no rotation. But the LED part on lightbar was okay. I try to check the ELS file but I could't understand anything in it.

best cvpi pack out there so far.
