These skins are based off of Dayton Ohio police cars. There are three old style (East, West, and Central Licence plates), four new style (East sgt. West sgt. Central sgt. k-9) and one University of Dayton Police. The model that this is put on in the screenshots is Maurice97 2016 FPIU Legend (found here )
This is my first time making skins so any advise is welcome!
