These are some extra police vehicles I made for my server that wasn't exactly part of any of my other packs.

 

The bylaw truck was just thrown together quickly mainly as a gimmick vehicle for someone in my server, so its not exactly the best vehicle as I dont intend it to actual get used often.

The CSO vehicle and livery is intended to mirror that of the Community Safety Officer vehicles used in Saskachewan, and specifically the one used in the Prairie Sky Region, for a friend in our server.

The Riot van is not based on any specific vehicle, just something I put together and figured the takedown light bar would look good on. The livery is that of the RCMP.

The Express van and BMW motorbike are loosely based on similar setups as that of the RCMP, however, not intended to be exact replicas.

Environmental lighting reflections for all vehicles.

 

You will likely need to change some of the handling lines that the vehicles use as I have them set up to a modified handling meta that is in our server, that is not mine so I cannot release it with these vehicles!

 

I have spend a HUGE amount of my time learning to do all this, making around 40 vehicles along with their edited custom files and liveries, and testing it all in game. As far as I can tell these vehicles should be working properly, but if you do encounter any bugs or issues please let me know in the comments so I can get them fixed as soon as possible.

 

Feel free to use all the vehicles, 1 of the vehicles, or whatever, in your servers.

This is not to be uploaded to any other site or re-released without my permission

The bad: I put this on my test box and ran into some issues with the vehicles.meta file. Upon inspection I found that the one included with the download was the full 36k line vehicles.meta with entries for the pack at the top. I cleared out the other vehicles and referenced a known-good vehicles.meta to find the error.
 

I found I needed to add the following after the vehicle list to make the meta file valid. 

</InitDatas>

 

My test server stopped throwing out errors for the vehicles.meta but I was still unable to spawn in the vehicles. Going back to the vehicles.meta I deleted the entire txdRelationships section and replaced it with: 

<txdRelationships />

This is a quick fix and may cause texture errors but the vehicles did spawn and looked complete. If there are missing textures I can always go back though the txdRelationships in the original file to grab the relationships that are actually needed.

 

In the carvariations.meta the 157_massacaro2_modkit might be sub-optimal unless there are custom parts that I'm not aware of. Suggest 0_default_modkit as a baseline.

 

The hood on misc2 does not appear to shut and the wheels are noticeably oblong. Changing wheels resolves this. The rear light bar on misc4 blends the amber and red/blue textures together pretty heavily.

 

 

The good: I've been looking for a 4dr utility/service truck and misc1 is outstanding. A shame the corner dummies are not rotated to provide side-on lighting but I'm being super picky. I'll swap out the livery and have an outstanding roadside service truck for our mechanic shop. If I change out the livery and retexture the bar red I think I'll have a pretty wonderful EMS supervisor vehicle as well.

 

Misc5 is the best police motorcycle I've seen by orders of magnitude. I'm personally a huge fan of having coronas contained within the bars/light heads so that people with and without visual mods can have an immersive experience. This thing is just fantastic.

 

I may not get much use out of misc3 but it is very well done as well.

 

I've looked through hundreds of vehicle models while trying to put something together for an RP server and so many of them have minimal or no side-on lighting. This pack absolutely nails it.

Are the lights on the motorcycle fixed?

I seem to remember the LED lights on the right side were not working like they should on the previous models. So hopefully this Misc5 model has a fixed set of lights.
