This car was built to meet the needs of some people in the community. It just added some emergency lights to the model of IlayArye.

Installation:

1. Copy the 'umkroamer' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"

2. Navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/umkroamer/</Item>"

 

Spawn Name: umkroamer,umkroamer2
