 Night lighting is perfect, the headlights and tail lights aren't overpowering but the emergency lights still look crisp and bright. Spent a lot  of time configuring day lighting as well. Day lighting is nice and bright and realistic. Have not tested with any visual  mods other than the base game. Hope you enjoy.

will the increased enviromental lighting mod help reflection in-game off the buildings?

It should  help. What I found best is using this with better reflections made by matthew skead. They seem to work perfect together.

    Totally agree with was he said. Also that setup won’t make your game crash when opening Computer plus.
