A bit of information.

I only did 2 LSPD bike skins, so that the same bike could be used for other agencies, if you wish.  Simply put the other skins in
as harley_skin_# where # is 3 or higher.

Also, I haven't figured out how to put more than one skin on the RAM as of yet.  But I'm working on it.

Instructions:

Using OpenIV, edit the *.ytd files for each vehilce (some will have 2, a plain one and one with a +hi).  Make sure to put the skins inside
of them both if more than one, otherwise you'll have texture flipping.

Also, tahoe can't do more than 2 skins in the basic file because the textures will make it go above a 20,000MB size.  It's a GTA file limitation.

-It has been reported on some vehicles, if you put more than 6 liveries on them, they won't spawn.  

-Also, if the vehicle has to *.ytd files, be sure to place the liveries in both files so you don't have texture flipping.

A lot of these skins will work on other vehicles, as the bases are put out by folks like
BxBugs123
TheHurk
and many more.

These bases are used by many a vehicle developer to which they add their own flair.

I based my work on the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) Livery(skin).  However, getting it to work on each template is of my own doing.
As such, please don't modify the textures and/or redistribute them without crediting me.  That'd be wrong and a real dick move.  Honestly.

No one likes a plagerist.  I put a lot of work into these and there are mistakes.  So this is a work-in-progess and may change
from time to time as I tweak stuff.  But the underlying work is mine and mine alone.

Possibly.  I assume you're speaking of one that Elmo did?  Either way, I'm willing to add a few more cars to the mix 🙂

This is a great pack! I think you should try your hand at doing a CHP based SAHP pack to go with this. Then maybe you could even do more departments! It’s a lot of work for you but I think you’d do a great job with it!

@TCraftThank you!  And you can bet *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge* there's a CHP-like SAHP coming, as well as something for BCSO, and other agencies.  Stay Tuned!

    Thanks!  Also in the pipeline is a pack for LSSD, and one for BCSO, based on LASD and Ventura County respectively.  So stay tuned!  I'll also be adding some other cars to the LSPD skin pack as well.  Not sure what just yet, but Paddy Wagon will be one of them. 🙂

    I've looked at it, and based on the template and the skins that actually come with the car, there shouldn't be any issue with the actual livery, but with the car itself.  Seems to me that I saw this error on one of the cars, could've been the 18 Charger.  I'll confirm it later today in testing when I stick a new livery on it.  I may have to punch out a spot for the tags in post. 

     

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I'll work to get it resolved.

    So awesome only  I can't get it done. Only the taurus skin works for me. The charger, cvpi and tahoe are getting texture-less in my game. I edited the normal ytd aswell as the ytd hi. What am I doing wrong?

    delete a few of the extra skins in each cvpi and tahoe to reduce to 6?  that worked for me

    A fix for 18 charger plates isn't my fix, as it's an issue with the vehicle metas.  As for the others I'll work on them as time allows.  Working 60+ hours a week now (thankfully) 😄

    hey, can I customize the texture pack and upload it? I would do some special leveries, I would send you pictures of finished textures.
