Hello everyone! Hope this new upload finds you all well! And if not, hope you feel well soon!
So. A friend of mine, @Transnapastain (known on youTube as Devin Plays), asked me to create a skin for @TrentMU's BCSD 1A mini pack. Well I couldn't refuse!
He didn't give me many details, but I got to thinking on it. Long story short, I did some research and went with "Special Police". In California (or San Andreas if you will), Special Police are a fully vetted and accredited police force that is contracted to provide security and protection for the community they are hired by. Well in this case, it's the Campus and Annex of the University of San Andreas Los Santos!
I wanted to give the vehicles a unique look, so added a bit of "noise" to the paint to give it a mottled look. From a distance you won't really notice it, but up close you'll see it makes the car look a bit dirty and interesting at the same time!
So I've included the skins for the CVPI, FPIU, and the Chevy Express prisoner transport.
Unit Numbers:
CVPI - 3913, 3914, 3915
FPIU - 3916, 3917, 3918
Van - 3919
Honestly, it's a small police force, so they shouldn't need more vehicles than that, you'd hope.
So have fun with these as you patrol the campus of ULSA, and it's annex down on Marathon Ave.
Disclaimer: I created this livery for a youTuber. However, I'm offering it up to everyone because I think there's too few ULSA liveries out there. So that being said:
**PLEASE** don't distribute, change, or claim this as your own. Vehicles are NOT included. These are skins only. I can't stop you from using these on a server, but because TrentMU's cars are ELS, they were made for and optimized for single player. That said, the TL;DR of it all is--don't be a dick and re-upload somewhere else. I'll know and the rest of the world will find out how much of a scumbag you are. I wouldn't take someone else's work as my own, so don't do that to me.
Also, please note: I don't do support for textures. Honestly there's quite a few tutorials out there on how to put them into a vehicle. I've named them what they are supposed to be for TrentMU's vehicles listed below. So beyond that, I can't help you.
Shoutout to @Transnapastain for the screenshots and @TrentMU for the vehicle pack I based these on.
Here's a showcase video to see the livery. Thanks again to Devin Plays for requesting and using this skin!

**FINAL VERSION** (I currently don't have time to update this, but all of the images are correct. I will continue to provide support, but won't be updating this anytime soon)
This is a LAPD-like texture pack for TickleMyElmo's LSPD pack found here:
@TickleMyElmo
https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/22651-els-lspd-pack/
A bit of information.
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
I only did 2 LSPD bike skins, so that the same bike could be used for other agencies, if you wish. Simply put the other skins in
as harley_skin_# where # is 3 or higher.
Also, I haven't figured out how to put more than one skin on the RAM as of yet. But I'm working on it.
And finally, the instructions.
Instructions:
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Using OpenIV, edit the *.ytd files for each vehilce (some will have 2, a plain one and one with a +hi). Make sure to put the skins inside
of them both if more than one, otherwise you'll have texture flipping.
Also, tahoe can't do more than 2 skins in the basic file because the textures will make it go above a 20,000MB size. It's a GTA file limitation.
Lastly, enjoy!
Notable:
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
-It has been reported on some vehicles, if you put more than 6 liveries on them, they won't spawn.
-Also, if the vehicle has to *.ytd files, be sure to place the liveries in both files so you don't have texture flipping.

Footnotes
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
A lot of these skins will work on other vehicles, as the bases are put out by folks like
BxBugs123
TheHurk
and many more.
These bases are used by many a vehicle developer to which they add their own flair.

Legal Stuff

I based my work on the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) Livery(skin). However, getting it to work on each template is of my own doing.
As such, please don't modify the textures and/or redistribute them without crediting me. That'd be wrong and a real dick move. Honestly.
No one likes a plagerist. I put a lot of work into these and there are mistakes. So this is a work-in-progess and may change
from time to time as I tweak stuff. But the underlying work is mine and mine alone.
Thank you for downloading this texture pack.

**UPDATE**
I've recently revisited this popular overlay! I've edited the font, as well as some of the underlying code to streamline it. You can find the updated code on the github link below.
Thanks for all the love and support!
---
This is my Xion(pronounced [ˈzīən]; similar to the Mountain in Israel with the name Zion) Chase-Cam.
This is intended to be used with your streaming/recording software as an overlay. Simply put, it's an html file with some JavaScript and some HTML that plays a timer in the upper right corner of your stream/video. It doesn't beep or anything. It's just a visual.
To change the icon, you can simply encode it in Base64 and copy/paste it into the document. I'll let you figure out how.
To configure it, there's a readme. But basically, you put in the information you want on it. Me, I used my agency name, first initial, last name, and callsign (Since I used this for my FiveM streams). But this could easily be used for LSPDFR as well.
It's open source, you are welcome to fork it on github and make your own creations from it.
github link: https://github.com/zhivotnoya/XION-ChaseCam
I haven't updated it in a bit, but was planning on offering a recurring beep into the code. Everything is in one file (the html file) for ease of editing and just putting it somewhere on your computer to reference it in your streaming software
Installation:
It's quite simple. Extract the file.
Edit the file to change your information (using the included readme to reference what to look for).
Store the file in a safe place.
Link your streaming/recording software to it as a "Browser Source".
And lastly, enjoy!

First of all, thanks for checking it out! 😄
**Note** At this time, I've tried many times to update it, even to the point of trying to compile a kph version and bundle it with an mph version as well. But with RPH being very difficult to download (site always seems to be down and therefore I can't get latest SDK), I'm going to abandon this project. I want to thank everyone for downloading and trying this project, as it means a lot to me. As far as I know, it works always at MPH, but KPH option doesn't work, even though the code does check the ini for options.
This is a very simple speedometer that puts your speed down in the bottom center of the screen. It will only work if you are in a vehicle, so not while on foot. This is my first RPH plugin ever. Most of the stuff I've done revolved around FiveM, so the disciplines sorta work both ways as the methods are similar.
There is an ini file included. Only one option, but more in the future.
I'm sure there are other types of this out there, but honestly, most are either really outdated, or didn't have features I could control.
Future Plans
I would like to tie it into an ALPR/ANPR type program with possibly some Interaction+ integration. Also want to make it all pretty and streamlined so it doesn't look like a hot mess at the bottom of the screen.
Version History
4.0.0.0 -- This one
3.0.0.0 -- Revamped some code to stream line it
2.0.0.0 -- Honestly? Broken code. Didn't work 😛
1.0.0.0 -- Had LSPDFR hooked, but didn't need it (Not Yet anyway). Derp!

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with the website I put on the car. I'm going to say that up front.
Breast cancer is a terrible thing. Moms, grandmoms, sisters, brothers, dads...they are all susceptible to breast cancer, but women are at the MOST risk. Breast Cancer Awareness month is in October, but why can't we be more aware year round?
I made this livery for a person that showed me an image on the Internet and I put my own twist on it. There are aspects that I didn't show in the screenshots, which were done by a friend of mine on discord ( they go by zoom, but I'm sure their mom calls them something else 😛 ).
I enjoyed making this. It's basic, but to the point and looks good too.
Here's the car I used as a template. Jackson1593 thanks for the car!
