1)
Start OpenIV and locate the following directory.
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\eup\eup_componentpeds.rpf\
2)
Copy files from each corresponding folder located inside the eup_componentpeds.rpf
accs_003_u.ydd Contains the belt
accs_diff_003_a_uni Contaions a black Taser
