Installation:
 D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday21ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

place the skin itself into firetruk+hi.ytd and both the skin and the grille texture into firetruk.ytd! That easy!

 

Make sure you have the linked firetruck installed in order for everything to work.
