I have no sirens at all in game when I install this. I installed it multiple times to make sure I was doing it correctly and still nothing. I also tried installing another siren pack and it works perfectly fine. Any reason why it may be doing this?

I've never had that happen to me so i'm quite clueless as to why it's not working for you. Sorry!
