If your like me your tired of looking thru Charges only to not have what you need or for them to be totally mislabeled between what should be a felony and what should be a misdemeanor, there are a lot of charges and citations contained in this file all of which is useable in game. Most other files has a lot of Warrants cluttering up the menu this file has 2 (Active Felony Warrant and Active Misdemeanor Warrant) for the simple fact that the game chooses charges randomly when the person comes back with a active warrant on them so you arrest them and you either use one of those 2 or you simply add the charge to arrest report that was generated by the game. I really don't see the need to add all the warrant charges along with the rest, if you could issue a warrant and then track the person down then yes but you cant so why the clutter, but if you like that then there is plenty of other files by different authors out there, but if you want realistic, categorized correct charges and citations then you really want to check this one out.

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS MEANING I WILL BE UPDATING

Also I will be releasing XML's for Searches and different Plugins so that you find appropriate Items that relate to the multitude of charges and citations contained in this file.

Try it and if you like what's in it then give it a rating and recommendation in the comments.

This was a time consuming task to put this together so if your going to rip it at least rearrange or categorize differently then I have don't just release my work put some into it.

Warrant for Arrest has been removed as I feel this isn't realistic to have in there since the warrant is for a specific crime it not necessary to have it when in reality they are only being charged for what the warrant is for not the warrant itself.

v1.2.0 - Not a major update just add charge category to correlate with SuperCallouts by SuperPyroManiac Prison Escape/attempt call out, if you haven't downloaded it yet your missing out it has several new and different call outs and is getting updating frequently and better each time you can find it here:

 

 

A lot of changes in this update to the charges xml not many if any to citations at this update if you have any suggestions for citations then please use comments section or DM to suggest.

Some Changes made to Charges xml are listed below I spent a lot of time at different intervals so there may be changes that I don't have listed because I forgot

DVP - In the court section of the charges are 3 charges of (DVP 30day, 90day, 180day) these aren't intended to be used as a charge to impose on a subject they were added simply for Role Play for ComputerPlus to add them at random to peds when you run a ped and history is generated. If you have a ped detained and they are in possession of a firearm or ammunition or have them in the vehicle even if they are within the law if in the peds generated history is a DVP 30,90 or 180 day charge you then reference the date in other words if today is 8/10/19 and the charge of 30 day DVP was issued on 8/2/19 then the DVP is active and the ped is in violation by having firearm or ammunition and can be charged with violating the DVP and possession of Firearm by prohibited person.

Probation/Parole - As with the DVP I also added Probation with 3 time statutes and a Parole charge again these just like DVP are for immersion and Role Play purposes and not meant to be a charge to impose. If you charge a ped with a crime and in the generated history they are on active probation or on parole then by getting arrested they have violated it just simply sets the ped up for a possible additional charge of violation.

*I restructured the Charge file so that its a little easier to navigate and locate the charge your looking for but I would suggest if you install you kinda open it and look thru it to get the jest of it because there is a lot of charges in here

*Related charges are no longer separated by misdemeanor or felony in separated folders they are all in the designated charge section for example battery was listed in 2 sections misdemeanor and felony which made it a little harder to navigate now both are listed together 

*I changed the DUI to now include DWI = DWI- Driving While Intoxicated of Alcohol and there is 2 different Categories for DWI .08% is for any persons over the age of 21 operating a motor vehicle. DWI .04% is for any person under the age of 21, any person operating a commercial vehicle or a motorcycle then the legal limit drops from .08 to .04%

The Charge DUI-Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics this charge is used for peds that are arrested while operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs this applies to all peds no matter age or vehicle type as there is no percentage value for this. Also it is not categorized by the type of drug because the only way to determine that is by Blood Testing which cant be done on the roadside, field sobriety is the only way if they fail that you rule out alcohol with PBT

*Added several different charges that relate to the Immigrant's in a truck call out that are actually real life charges

No your not blind there is no specific charge labeled arrest warrant as there is no real life charge of arrest warrant. When a ped is wanted either the game or computerplus generates a charge from the xml of charges to label the wanted ped, as a warrant isn't actually a crime however the charge the warrant for is the crime so realistically if you arrested someone on a warrant they would be charged with the crime the warrant is for not for the warrant itself. if this makes sense to you? If you arrest someone for a generated warrant just charge them with the crime the warrant is for and deposit them into your local jail. If you observe a ped braking the law then you can arrest him on the spot (warrantless arrest) because the crime was committed in front of you therefore you have probable cause to implement the arrest. One of the main reasons I don't have warrants in my version other than what Ive stated already is even if you generated a warrant for a particular ped you would be able to locate them but since the game generates them randomly when you run a ped I see that as not necessary. I can add it back in for you if you stili would like to have it, just hit the like button and review the rest of the file that's there and Ill get it to you.

I myself was wondering about the warrant section but it does make sense though. This mod itself is geat, keep up the good work.

    That happens in real life more than you would think, being charged doesn't mean you will be found guilty but I know the feeling it sucks

    I haven't finished it been busy. I have the charges xml just about complete just working on the fines and jail time, I haven't even begun the citations xml yet kinda put it on back burner when he pulled his mods but maybe Ill get on it this week and finish it up

    Alright awesome, hopefully it comes back up with the rest of his stuff, his plugins are kinda like what makes LSPDFR, LSPDFR.

    Sorry there is no charge labeled Warrant, you would have to charge the ped with whatever the warrant is for Burglary, Battery etc.

    If I read correctly, @chadc78 said a few posts ago to charge the ped with the offense the warrant is for. That's what I've been doing anyway.

    Works and look absolutely amazing, I had trouble with this at first because I thought it was a StandAlone Plugin but that's because I didn't read the full desc. Make sure you read carefully and enjoy this amazing plugin addition.

    Thats because there is no actual charge "Arrest Warrant" when a ped is wanted the warrant or wanted status will tell you the charge they are wanted for when you arrest the ped you charge them with the crime they are wanted for there is no additional charge for a warrant. I tried to keep this as realistic as possible

    That means that its a arrestable offense and that you can be arrested for it. Some of the charges you will find in the charge section and also in the citation section these are misdemeanor traffic violations that are criminal or arrestable charges but you as the officer have the discretion to arrest for the charge or issue a summons instead, However Im not sure how Driving Revoked is listed as  a felony or misdemeanor. Felony charges are arrestable there is no discretion for those. Hope this helps if no let me know, Did you follow what I was saying about the warrants and have a understanding of it?

    there is an arrestable speeding offense of 30+ mph
