Hey All, This Is My Black/White 2011 STATE CVPI.
This is also version 1.1.0, The First Version Was Primary White And Secondary Black, So I Decided TO Switch It Up.

BE ADVISED THIS INSTALLS AS THE SECOND LIVERY - SWITCH THE FILE NAME TO: cvpi_sign_1 
if you would like it to be main livery, or another number depending on what you'd like, TroopAdam
