[ELS] Mini Los Santos Pack [4k, 2k and Lore Friendly] I Libertyville style 1.0.2

SKIN PACK BY REAZZOR

This is my Skin Pack for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office Mini Pack from @Slendis . Its styled like the Libertyville, IL Police Department. First i tried to do a real Version of it, but i had troubles to do the Original "Police" text.

Each Texture was made from me!
