Blaine County Fire Department Command Cars 1.0

(1 review)

5 Screenshots

Ever wanted be a Fire Marshall going door to door around Blaine county, checking people's heaters and gas mains for fire risk, as well as going to schools and explaining to bored teenagers why lighting their farts with a zippo can only end in tears?
No? Yes you have, stop lying to yourself.
The only thing stopping you has been a lack of suitable transport, right? Well fret no longer, for there are now two new* vehicles for you to play with, complete with radio and ageing lightbar, which serves the primary purpose of stopping people cutting you up on the interstate.

Features:
Two new* cars, complete with three liveries each, working glass, dials, LODs, and component extras for the traffic cones and dash radios.

Included Vehicles:
BCFD Command Cavalcade
BCFD Command Granger Retro

Bugs:
The Cavalcade has no hood and trunk collisions when open.

Bah Non-ELS. Nice vehicles though. We have 2006 tahoes now we need a 1996 tahoe. ELS of course.

Still quite new to vehicle modding so I dunno about adding more cars. I also don't use ELS, so I don't really plan on making ELS cars. I might add a vapid executioner at some point and fix some bugs but I kinda want to do another pack, lore friendly ofc 🙂

An idea for the other pack maybe an LSFD or LScoFD pack using similar vehicles but maybe with a rotary light-bar on the older vehicles and LED light-bar on the newer vehicles.

The Granger was mapped by Fenton and the Cavalcade by NefariousBonne.

Bah, people asking for ELS. We got retro grangers and cavalcades, all we need now is more lore stuff. Non-ELS of course.

I fail to see what non-ELS players want with LSPDFR though, not having ELS just kills so much of LSPDFR when you don't have that extra bit of realism. Lore friendly cars shouldn't define what a car gets, even if ELS is preferred.

Some people just don't want to have to rely on a third party script for the lights on the vehicles they use to work. And as far as I know, one can enjoy LSPDFR without ELS. It doesn't take away any part of the experience.

I don't use ELS, therefore I'm not going to work on ELS cars.
