Instructions:

Put the car that you want to add it to in your GTA cars!
Then go to the ytd file and delete the files called  charger_sign_1  and  charger_sign_2

Then drag these 2 files to the openiv!

Then save it in the bottom right-hand corner!

In the future I would recommend including in game screenshots. Also, specify which model this is for. Simply saying that it is for "chargers" is not useful because the different years all use a different template. If it wasn't for the attachment you included, I wouldn't have known if this was for a 2010 charger or a 2018 charger. If you want more people to show interest in your graphics, give us a reason to. Even if it's just a basic design, include screenshots from openIV. Even if it's not in game, it's better than nothing. You'll get the hang of it soon, just things to take into account for the future!
