I edited @BradM's state police texture pack to form this port authority texture. The 2013 Tahoe required to use this vehicle comes from @kilroy95's [ELS] BCSO pack which can be found below and is required to use this texture. I only take credit for editing the texture to make it into something else. I spent a while trying to get the text on the vehicle centered, hopefully it is all good now after several attempts that failed.
