Here is the Code3 H2 Covert Handheld Siren.

I was bored Christmas night and so I thought that GTA could use a new siren since I've noticed, there is no H2 Covert in Audio Downloads. Below I recorded the siren audio from my security squad in a tunnel to get that "in the city between buildings" reverb effect. I hope you enjoy and please let me know how you like. Thanks

Thank You @OfficerUnderwood for your wise, knowledgeable feedback on the original test tones

The airhorn in this video is not part of the siren pack

GTA allows for multiple sirens. You'll need to rename the files you wanna use and replace into your game

The wail and the yelp aren't looped so good. You can hear at the end of their tone where it cuts off just a bit. The rest of the tones sound fine. I think the siren is overall unique and it's nice to see new things on this website than the same things time to time.

I do notice the yelp but I don't hear it in the wail. I'll try and update when I can. Thank you!

The wail is a bit difficult to notice, but it just isn't looped perfectly. When it hits the end, and then starts again, I can hear the discrepancy. You're welcome. My intentions are not to discourage you from continuing working on unique things like this. I like to encourage perfection when I think it's possible. Thank you for listening to my feedback.

It'd be helpful to the community if you went ahead and package some of the tones together, like what we hear in the video, and throw them in a vehicles folder and let us just drag and drop, then add to OpenIV.  It's what most of the authors do, mainly just for convenience.
