I'm sorry to Question Your Work sir but this looks very similar to My work First off The Stripes by the Stars Looks like you painted it over and increased there size and Font is the exact  same just painted over to a different color also. the "We Serve and Protect" part also looks like you painted it over and increased the size of it. Also Painted the background from blue to white and covered the "For Authorized Users Only!" Font and the "LSPDFR" Logo. Then Added the " Chicago's Alternative Policing Strategy  " (CAPS) Star  And to Top it all off the Stripes and the Four Stars to Make it look like the Chicago Flag. I will also Provide a link to My Evidence From the Screenshot For the Blue Background. I'm Just Curious. Hope to Hear Back from You.

I'll admit I definitely copied ur font on the words at the top right my intention was to just create a better background than u because in my opinion I just didn't like the way u made urs so I decided to create my own. Also u cant really say I copied u on the stars and stripes because the original creator made almost all of his backgrounds with stripes like how u did. Overall in MY OPINION I thought ur design was kinda plain. All of this was mainly for my use but I decided to put it out there just in case anyone else liked it. Sorry for this mix up or offending u in anyway. Hope u read this @FTW Flamez
