Spoiler

Hey Guys!     Thank You MrOxPlay for bring aweness to people on this, Im just making it easier for people to install and get this working
I came out with a simple modification that makes your ELS or Non - ELS Lights in general, brighter 🙂

This is one of my first modifications, and it is not a big file size including the fact that this is not a graphics mod, but just has a modified file that you have to simply drag and drop.

Make sure to read the instructions folder in the zip file to know more about how to install it or how to edit it.

If you are extremely lazy, the following is how to set it up. But if you want to know how to edit and modify, or know more about the file, read the instructions in the zip file:

OpenIV  > GTA V Main Directory > Update > Update.rpf > Common > Data > Replace visualsettings.dat

I hope you guys could give me some feedback, and not be tooooooooo… harsh but, give me your honest opinion:

Special Thanks to MrOxPlay on YouTube for being a life-saver when I couldn’t handle the dim lights anymore but inspired me to make a file so you guys didn't have to do any more work, and it would be more similar to you guys.

Doesnt Look the best with my screenshot software but, when and if you do decide to install this, you can adjust settings with the guide under the installations folder that explains and helps you out with configing this. No graphics mod is required but..yea.

So basically download this file, do some adjusting in the file from the installation readme, and do some other stuff to enable this in game without the use of any graphics mod that usually screw up your game. Cause graphical mods do screw my game up by editing certain files like visualsettings.dat or some other .dat file. So this is awesome and epic, thank you so much for this.

No problem man, if you ever need help with this file, don't feel afraid to ask. I appreciate it!   🙂

Does this also create stronger reflections or does it only increase the emissive effect of the lights?

Sorry for the extreme late response, im pretty busy now a' days but anyways, try navigating to the zip file:
ZipFile>Instructions>Install Guide and Info.txt.

Then, you can try to lower down both:
491 car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on    967.77
492 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on    802.74

To something like 600-710

You might want to experiment with your liking's but each car pack might have a different light setup then others with its light-bar, wigwags, etc so just experiment.  Some people do have the problem of red lights turning into a yellow type shade, and this solution was the way I fixed it.

If it doesn't work, feel free to message me under This "quote" and I would love to know if it worked out for you! 🙂

Cheers, and happy holidays mate!

Okay, lastly make sure that all of your textures and reflections qualities in settings are on high. Anything under that tab (forgot the options there) should be on high considering the fact that it can affect the colors of the map but in this case the car.
