I'm not overly sure what is going on here. From the one photo that has been posted, the shoulder patches look like they've been through a blender and are unrecognizable, and it's almost as if you took a jpeg of the patches and did not remove the white background. Additionally, the shoulder mic and cord is white and black in some weird pattern? Finally, the badge and ribbons are the default GTA IV LCPD-NYPD style badges. Honestly, you really need to go back and review this. Look at some other creations on the website and come back to this.
