vehicles meta, make the handling baller or baller2, should be a bit better

Thanks bud, but that´s very old now. I now know a lot more how to configure my own handling and make cars handle realistic even without using a vanilla replace line. 😉

It seems like a nice model. However, I'm confused as to why such a simple installation would be made into an OIV package. Almost seems that something is being hidden.

This is a oiv file, so how do we uninstall it if we want to?
