Retro RCMP Ford CrownVictoria Pack by SCPDUnit23.

This pack contains two RCMP CrownVics both based on the Retro RCMP liveries and setups, including the rare black and
white gumball version (and yes this car is real and I am not blind. Below is a photo of the black and white RCMP car as part of its 135 anniversary).

I couldn't find a part for it, nor know how to actually make that from scratch since the car's so rare. So I wasn't able to add tht part on the Vic.

Do you know what's the purpose of this thing?

It acts similar to the MSP stop sign on the hood and lights up to stop vehicles. And also part of RCMP tradition when their cars are black and whites.
